| Job Description: |
Directly supervises employees in the G&A Department in accordance with Clear Channel policies and applicable laws. Prepare all financial erports, forecasts, cash flow, weekly pacings and annual budget. Provide General Manager with timely reviews of sation's financial status and progress in various programs and activities. Review accunts payable, purchasing, payroll, cash receipts, petty cash credit and collections, accounts receivable and billing activity. Monitor and counsel Department heads regarding fiscal responsibilities. Maintain personnel files and act as EEO Administrator. Maintain EEO program, FCC related reports and hiring procedures. Respond to employment verifications and job reference requests. |

| Job Requirements: |
Monitor and administer trade acounting function. Review new hire package for completeness and appropriate signatures. Administer insurance coverage for protection agains property losses and potential liabilities, prepare annual property tax statements, posting of required notices at station location. Liaison between the station and regional/corporate office regarding business issues involving financial, personnel, legal, FCC regulations, etc. Assist General Manager and other Department heads as needed. Interviews, hires, trains, governs, assigns, appraises performance, disciplines, discharges and rewards employees: addresses employee complaints and resolves problems. |
| Education Requirements: |
Collelge degree; CPA preferred. Three to five years accounting or related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent time management and leadership skills. Extensive computer skills including but not limited to working knowledge of Word and Excel. Ability to handle stress and related financial pressures. Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work with little or no supervision. |
