| Job Requirements: |
• Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly
• Attain overall revenue and market share goals
• Review market analysis to determine customer needs, price schedules and discount rates
• Conceptualize and execute marketing programs and client services
• Develop, implement and communicate sales strategies and action plans
• Analyze station and market revenue activity and report to upper management
• Two plus years B2B sales experience with a quantifiable track record of success. Previous sales in electronic media, Internet Advertising in the media arena would be a plus.
• Two plus years experience making outbound calls prospecting to small and medium businesses via cold calling and networking.
• Ability to execute day-to-day management, using a wide variety of resources and from traditional advertising sales philosophies to highly technical consultative sales techniques.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly developed business writing and software skills
• Highly motivated, results driven leader.
• Ability to discover customer needs, influence others and apply practical learning in the Digital arena.
• The ability to coach and train sellers of all experience levels.
