Job Description: Overview The diverse individual in this role will be responsible for providing administrative leadership and assistance to the General Sales Manager, Account Executives of the stations assigned and others as needed.

Job Requirements: Responsibilities The responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to: Duties Assisting the General Sales Manager(s). ? Act as the point person for all administrative needs ? File and track expense reports for the General Sales Manager and reconcile reimbursement payments ? Pull weekly reporting information from Viero, Media Monitors, X-Ray, Radio Fusion and have a complete understanding of how to build a template to ensure accuracy of information ? Create and/or enhance MS Excel spreadsheets and MS PowerPoint presentations ? Create and maintain accurate filing systems Duties Assisting the Sales Department ? Create and/or enhance MS Excel spreadsheets and MS PowerPoint presentations being presented to top level organizations ?Assist in the creation, layout and development of collateral pieces including marketing materials, presentations, invitations and direct mail pieces ? Coordinate and assist in the execution of special events and sales promotions ? Perform advertiser/category research utilizing the internet and various publications ? Advise and assist in research required for presentations and requested by clients ? Have an effective working knowledge of Arbitron, PPM and Scarborough research tools ? Manage client requests and inquires in support of the Account Executives ? Access and send advertiser schedule time reports in a timely manner as requested ? Coordinate directly with the Clear Channel billing and affidavits department to insure timely invoice delivery and payment of account ? Ability and willingness to be “cross-trained” with co-workers; perform back-up duties when needed ? Attend station, cluster and promotion meetings General Office Duties ? Re-stock paper in department copiers, fax machines and printers daily ? Direct incoming phone calls and visitors accordingly ? Assist in copying, faxing, filing, and printing as needed ? Maintain all related records ? Retrieve and distribute all department mail in a timely fashion Other Job Requirements ? Serve as back up to the cluster receptionist ? Be able to complete assignments with high accuracy and limited supervision ? Excel in synergistic interaction with co-workers, clients, affiliates, executives and vendors ? Cultivate business relationships and communicate in a respectful and professional manner ? Administrative Assistant MUST provide an unyielding willingness to go above and beyond the status quo
Education Requirements: Required Skills/Education: ? College degree preferred but not required. ? MUST be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. ? MUST be able to handle stress and time pressures. ? MUST be able to effectively organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks. ? MUST work well with others. A can-do attitude and a strong service-oriented work ethic. ? Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. ? Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
