Job Requirements: This position requires a highly motivated, success-oriented individual, who is committed to identifying new customers and maintaining excellent relationships with current customers. The ideal candidate will be an aggressive, experienced sales executive with a demonstrated record of sustained accomplishment in account development. Business integrity and a strong customer service orientation are crucial. The company offers a work environment that observes an entrepreneurial spirit and high earnings potential. Primary Responsibilities: * Possess the focus and drive to increase market share and revenues and achieve timely profitability. * Service current customers, create expansion of new customer base and assure all customer satisfaction requirements in order to maximize the market positions of the company within the region. * Establish, implement and document large account or vertical market segment plans. * Identify opportunities and resources required to accelerate business volume. * Prepare proposals and sales presentations to match the company’s products with the customer’s needs. * Attain all business management and quote objectives in assigned area of responsibility. * Provide timely and accurate business volume forecasts. Independently conduct timely account reviews. * Thoroughly understand and significantly influence the customer’s decision-making process and lead the customer to a positive decision with the sales proposal. * Maintain a mastery of products and industry applications. * Develop, secure and manage diverse sales/distribution channels. * Partner in business development activities, identifying potential alliance targets. * Possess significant experience in high growth ventures. Candidate must feel comfortable managing and contributing to a dynamic, high-growth work environment.
