Clear Channel Rochester Radio is looking for an IT Manager to manage and maintain our multiple, 100+ user business & broadcast networks and equipment, which includes servers, workstations, laptops, printers, multimedia streaming and our broadcast audio delivery system. Primary responsibilities include maintaining 100% uptime on broadcast audio delivery system. Investigate user problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions. Consult with users and evaluate requirements, prioritize and plan projects, and coordinate tasks for installation of new hardware and software. Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the network. Ensure timely user notification of maintenance requirements and effects on system availability. Document problems and resolutions for future reference. |

| Job Requirements: |
Knowledge of company supported network platforms such as Novell and Windows. Ability to design and coordinate the installation of data networks. Ability to maintain and troubleshoot computer network hardware, software, and peripherals. Must possess the ability to provide a range of systems training and/or support activities for users, develop and write systems and applications documentation and guides for users, determine computer problems and to coordinate hardware and/or software solutions, develop systems solutions for operational problems. Ability to learn and support new network components. Knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting Cisco networks including vlans. Work with users requires interpersonal skills. Responsibilities will require on call, evening, and weekend work in response to needs of the systems being supported. Working conditions are for a 24/7 environment. |
| Education Requirements: |
Bachelor's Degree and three to five years experience required. |
